If we had only known that is what you were looking for, I'm sure we could have saved you a lot of anguish. So, when are you having it delivered?

Just have it delivered to Coilover's place. Then drop by the bank, have em fill the bed of the truck with $100 bills, tarp it off. Head to Evan's shop in Texas, leave the cnotes then back home and set by the phone for the call to fly down and drive it back.

What could be easier? You get to pick;color, interior, engine, along with all the other little details. smile

Good Luck,
RonR

It will be delivered when Ron tells me to go get it!

But, don't hold your breath!

Well, RonR I don't think I have that much time left on god's good earth. If I have Don get it he will want to keep it and fill that void in the weeds. Well, Martin, I am looking more toward more sunrises. J Lucas, anguish is what makes me get up in the morning. The beat goes on or should I say the SEARCH. Unfortunately it is the exact model I want. A 1937 2 door slant back with a trunk lid, like the first one I let get away. I know where one is but it is way way way over priced and does not have the trunk lid. The guy had the other one priced at $28,500 and now it is at $20,500 and realisticly should be around $15,000 or less. It has been on the market for over a year.

Bring her on by, we even have a little buddy 37 Plymouth coupe to keep it company. Chassis is finished, rusted panels replaced, and firewall recessed for a 440 V8 after which the owner realized the Mopar engine is very expensive to hot rod so fell back to a 300hp belly button sbc.

Thanks, Evan but I would be afraid they would mate and I can't imagine what a hybrid would look like and I have never been a fan of coupes even as a son-in-law.
