Years ago I bought a 72 GMC with the bed boards painted the same color as the body (orange). I was thinking of using automotive paint on the new boards for another truck. What can you guys tell me about using automotive primer and paint on wood? Good, Bad, and Ugly.

I see a lot of guys (in my searches) claiming to use it on cabinetry.
