Try using punctuation in future messages.

The answer is "yes".

1954 3106 Carryall Suburban [stovebolt.com] - part of the family for 49 years
1954 3104 5-window pickup w/Hydra-Matic [1954advance-design.com] - part of the family for 15 years
- If you have to stomp on your foot-pedal starter, either you, or your starter, or your engine, has a problem.
- The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" - this is a splash oiler. [chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com]

I'm reluctant to correct anyone on this site, especially Tim. But I believe the rear fenders on a 46 Suburban are narrower than a 41-46 pickup. ie, not the same.

But in re-reading your post, I'm not sure if I understood your question (because of the lack of punctuation smile.

Grills are the same, rear fenders are different.

A bit of a compounded grammar/punctuation problem, Victor.

"Are he front fenders and grill the same on the suburban and 1/2 ton truck the same"
My answer is "yes".

I think the original post was not asking if the front and rear fenders are different (of course they are different).
