Well, it's not what I wanted to hear, but maybe it will solve the problem- - - - -surgery about noon tomorrow to clean out infection in a couple of knuckles on my right middle finger. Maybe I'll have a fist instead of a "paw" after that! Right now, none of the fingers will flex much at all, and bending the middle one even a little bit puts me into orbit!

Must have used that middle one way more than the others!
I hope to see that over worked finger again!

Not being able to operate a camera and a keyboard properly, or grip a pen to fill out inspection reports definitely cuts down on the pocket change. The guys down in Florida who dispatch my inspection assignments are very supportive and understanding, but having to rearrange other inspectors' territories to cover mine puts a kink in their business, also. Maybe I can get back on the road pretty soon!

Hey Jerry,

How did you fare today with your hand surgery? Routine soaking (internal and external) with that 'White Lightning' should cure just about anything that ails you, LOL!

I hope you're doing well and on your way to quick recovery.

Take care,

Andy

Andy,

I wonder if he understands that there are easier ways to take a day or two off of work and still use a sick day!

Chris,

I never thought about that angle! You might be on to something there.......

I'm sure when HRL sees this he will straighten us both out!!

Wouldn’t be the first time he has attempted that. Only advantage I have is that I’m slightly more mobile!
