Why not just move the booster to the left until it you get the clearance you want, then fabricate an offset link to the pedal assembly.

This bolted right up without fabricating anything (except the connection to the pedal push rod). The solution has already been worked out using the parts I used. I see no need to fabricate a different solution.

The 7" vac boosters were OE on the 80's model Corvette's. It should move than enough for one of our old trucks.
