I have noticed that some of the members have a picture of their truck or a logo associated with their login. Is this something that is available to everyone? if so how would I go about adding one to my login? Thank you.

They are called avatars. (I don't have one on this site). There is a selection in your profile where you can choose not to show avatars. If you choose it, you won't see any avatars, even those from admins and mods. I was getting warnings of "page contains data from insecure sources" warnings on this site. That stopped when I turned off the "show avatars" option.
