I know I have been distracted for some time but a friend ask me what happened to the links which had most of the Vendors listed and I could not answer that question. I clicked on most everything I can see but never found them.

.....did we discontinue them or was they just forgotten or did the little mechanics hide them somewhere I'm not looking???

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

I discontinued them. They had become too hard to manage and keep updating (when I went through them, at least half were dead, anyway -- and dead links count against us in search engines, google ratings, etc). And with the evolution and improvements in search engine technology, I felt they were an outdated feature of the site I no longer wanted to expend energy on. Still working on a complete redesign of the site, though -- new design will be modern, vastly easier to main (static content, anyway ...), and simpler to navigate. But change is difficult for some people, so when I roll it out, stand by for much wailing, gnashing of teeth, death threats, blah, blah, blah ... laalaa

By the way, I am eliminating many of the Tech Tips, too.

Just warning you.

JM

Not all the tech tips ... just the ones that have outlived their usefulness.

Ron ... start drinking now ... you'll thank me later.

- If you have to stomp on your foot-pedal starter, either you, or your starter, or your engine, has a problem.
- The 216 and early 235 engine are not "splash oilers" - this is a splash oiler.

Just beware that quite a number of them are dead links by now...

Best thing to do is to just use a search engine. We've begun using duckduckgo -- its a search engine that doesn't track you, collect data on you or sell your info to others.
