October 6 thru the 13th.

On the Mississippi Gulf Coast,Last year (2018) over 8,000 cars registered. Lots of activities, big swap meet at the Coliseum in Gulfport, beautiful beaches, lots of friendly people and nice cars and trucks.
Anybody going? I will be there on Sunday the 6th. and again on Thursday the 10th.

Look for a Sea Foam Green ‘48 Chevy Suburban. Chopped and channeled. I sold this to a guy in Alabama and he drove it in last years event. No reason to think he won’t do it again this year. If you get the chance tell him howdy from the previous owner.

Martin,
Will do, I think I remember seeing that suburban last year. The color is different.

It’s a 70s retro look. He would have had a couple of kids with him.

Never been but Was hoping to go this year for a few days. A good friend takes two cars, either a super restored '67 Barracuda convertible (he turned down $110,000 for it at the Cruise a couple years ago), or a same condition '71 triple black 340 Duster with SixPak, or '33 Dodge Coupe. He drives one, wife the other. After several years of conflict due to our annual trip to Colorado (elk season) this year was to be the year. Until about two weeks ago when the chance to have the grandson's for that week worked out. Well, no decision their. Was looking forward to driving the Duster down but maybe next year. May go ahead and book a room for 2020 since I understand good location rooms are booked early.

Moparguy,

Yes, book a room early, they sell them out quickly. However the Hotels, casinos, motels all think that the week of Cruisin the Coast all of the rooms available are gold plated and only very wealthy people should be staying there. Other than that, it's a really fun and interesting week long activity.
