I have a free good "boat anchor" rear end with wheels and tires out of my 1950 Chevy 3100. Might be good to have if someone is restoring a pickup. My wife is tired of the "yard art". I'm in Iowa.

Just scrapped one from a '50 passenger vehicle. Couldn't give it away. Something about Huck brakes. I personally wouldn't put '50 under a vehicle if I can find '51 or newer with Bendix brakes.Just my 2 cents worth.

I invest my money in precious metals, mostly rust!

The carrier may be desirable for someone with a Canadian model or a 54 model if they wish to change over to the 355 gears

Heeeeey, wait a minute! Other than they require frequent and semi-challenging adjustments, hard to find parts for (and when you do, they are expensive) and some people claim (go figure ...) they work better .... What's so bad about Huck brakes??? headscratch

[elvis]

I run Hucks and like them just fine (and I've gotten fairly proficient at adjusting them ... smile )
