This is just a rough draft of the Stovebolt Reunion schedule.
It will be finalized Friday afternoon by who ever is there to help set up HQ.

Friday mid afternoon. Set up HQ and plan a seminar schedule.

5pm Friday, head to the Alderson's for BBQ and a tour of their collection.

Saturday, 9am hit the Red X for last minute supplies and then to HQ by 10am.
Start the seminars about that time.

Seminars should be over by about 1pm. Then some free time to walk around the show for a while or sit back and visit.

The official Stovebolt meeting should start at 2:30 after the loud exhaust contest.

After that, get some BBQ and watch the show charity auction.

Then we will see what happens and play it as we go.
