What browser and OS, Ron?

Most likely it means expand the browser window to full-screen size?

- If you have to stomp on your foot-pedal starter, either you, or your starter, or your engine, has a problem.
- The 216 and early 235 engine are not "splash oilers" - this is a splash oiler.

It is an android laptop. To the left of the notice, there is the symbol of the full screen.

I do not know Android commands, but I am stupid enough to try to help (a little, maybe).

It looks like there are different ways to enter full-screen mode on different Android devices and with different operating system versions,

Here is a "try to help yourself" search.
