Recently acquired 1963 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside Longbed. Contacted / offered by a friend that inherited the truck from a relative. His relative purchased it new in 63 (making us the 2nd owner). The truck runs and drives with the original 283 sbc, 3 on the tree transmission. Very complete vintage original truck.....always in sunny California. Planning on keeping it as original as possible during the rehabilitation process.

Many years ago I had pretty much the same truck except it was a short box and I had swapped the 3 speed for a 4 speed (granny low). Looks like you have a good one.

Congrat's and Welcome!!!

Learned to drive on a 60'with a 283 and 3 on the tree. I grew up in La Puenta so I know about it always being sunny. Nice truck, will make a fine edition to your fleet. Welcome to the "Bolt". grin

I learned to drive a stick in my fathers 66 GMC pickup. with a shell on the back, using just the mirrors, on a logging road.

Another quality post.
