The whole "V" cluster comes out the front with just a few screws. Some are on column part of bezel. All while sitting in the seat. No crawling under. There should be enough wire slack to get at bulb. Speedo cable may need unscrewed or it may have slack. In general, it comes out easily or far enough to pop the bulb socket out of it's hole.

Disconnect battery neg BEFORE starting.
