Joe, Fastenal may be another option if you have one there. Greyhound would be another.

I highly recommend Fastenal, if there are stores near to the seller and buyer.

I gave up on trying to even talk with my Greyhound agent in Albany, NY (he did not like his job, I think).

if you will wrap in brown paper and tape it with packing tape it should ship just fine. I also have a fastenall in town as well. I am willing to pay the shipping and a handing charge too. I am just not interested in a new chrome one.
