Is it just me or has anybody noticed if you post a picture you took in a landscape mode it distorts the picture (makes it wider than it actually is) when you click on it to make it larger. Portrait photos seem to be correct.

Landscape is not designed for closeups.

The distorted image is a .png while the other is a .jpg. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. Let me try posting a landscape .jpg & see what happens.

If you enlarge the photo that is distorted and you look at the file name you will see that it was originally a jpg. I posted 4 photos in my Post “59’ 235 Harmonic Balancer” all taken with the same phone. The only one that is distorted is the one I took in landscape. If you go back to the post where I originally posted the photos and look at the 4 photos, they are all jpg.

They all look good to me. ohwell The only one I see distorted is the one in your post here.

All 4 look normal to me. As Tiny said it’s only distorted in this thread.
