Truck bed compatibility

My understanding is that short bed 1954 chevy trucks were the same except for the fenders into the 1980s. I would like to find a more modern bed cover for my 1954 but all my searches come up empty. I know who makes fiberglass but I want canvas or some such material so I can modify it.

We made lots of these when I was working at an upholstery shop in the 60's. You should be able to find a shop locally that can do it.

You can also look for a boat interior place that makes canvas covers or enclosers
