Hello dose anyone know what the distance should be from the top of the front bed to the rib line under the back window?

rib line might be referring to the "belt line" around the cab?

My god did I mess up my first message. Let me start over. I have a 1950 chevy 3100. I am putting the bed on for mark up purpose. I am trying to make sure my bed height is correct by trying to see what the correct distance is from the top of the front bed panel to the belt line under the back window.

Are you installing a standard wood bed? The wooden blocks between the frame and the underside of the bed sills dictate the height of the bed.

I'm getting 10" from top of front bed panel to bottom of the cab bump or maybe called belt line or maybe called........ ohwell
