I just moved and my assembly manual is packed somewhere. Does anyone have a picture from the 1953 assembly manual showing the gas tank? I need to replace mine

You have a GMC Factory Assembly Manual?

You are most likely referring to the reproduction “1947-1955st” Chevrolet truck FAM, which is actually a 54/55st truck FAM?

Which model gas tank are you interested in?

I think you’re correct about the manual, it’s be in storage for several years now. Anyway the tank I’m looking at is made by Spectra a GM55A
