Last weekend, coming home from our annual celebration of my birthday in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, "she who must be obeyed" and I saw an early '50s Ford COE on the outskirts of Llano, TX. Although the interior is mostly empty, the carb is gone and the bed needs to be replaced, the wheels (only 4?) have been redone and there are new tires mounted . . . so, that's a start! Since we have seen the truck in the same spot twice since our trip last January, there might be interest on the part of the seller to deal?

Have a couple photos of the truck along with seller info that I can forward . . . not supposed to post pics here . . . so if interested, send me a message or an email or . . . carrier pigeon note, I don't have the photos anywhere except on my phone and computer.

Yes, I know it's a Ford (Arghhhhh!) but just thought somebody would know an interested party.

Not to be picky (yah right) but what part of your post has to deal with a Stovebolt? The forum title is Stovebolt Spotting Alert Network. Now I can go back to my coffee.

Sounds like good trading stock for a stovebolt, so that should be good enough for us right?
