My pipes froze for the first time in years. My garage is heated to 60 degrees and I thought the pipes in there would be ok. Nope, where they run across the dryer vent is where I think the froze. I was thinking I would pour hot water over them but that is messy so I turned the clothes dryer on high and now I am waiting to see what happens. Edit, it worked. grin

Just asking...

"Remote Starters" are another one for people who have nothing physically wrong with them. I just shake my head and never say anything.

54 degrees here. I have remote start and other useless accessories on my new car. I have literally bells and whistles that go off at random intervals. I even forget about the backup camera and I read somewhere that you should avoid backing out of a parking space. Could use it sometimes on the 54 3-window. All you need is a heater and maybe A/C I don't use it on the truck and I have been driving it for 36 an 11 with the A/C. I guess cruise is nice and I have it on both. It would be dangerous to use a remote start in a heated garage.

Same with backing out of the garage.
We got a '14 Corolla with a backup camera, and the screen looks like a Disney or Bugs Bunny cartoon - which is to say useless. eeeek

I think I mentioned it before here on the 'spoon - I'll rely on the mirrors in a car or truck so I can see the real world. grin
