Hi I'm Rick, a lover of old trucks. Would like to join my first forum Ever, so far it hasn't been easy to do.

Saddler, you are moderated for your first 4 or 5 post. After that you can PM and enjoy all we have to offer. Its to help us keep out spammers and other unwanted guest.

Saddler, Welcome to the Stovebolt madness. There is no cure! As Alvin mentioned, we have a very effective way to keep the site from being spammed. Read through the forums and find your area of interest and post a question or comment on someone’s post. You will be off moderated status before you know it. To help prevent confusion for new members I always recommend they read the first post in General Truck Talk Forum. Most all the do’s and don’ts are found there. We also have a Stovebolt search function (found right above every thread) that allows you to research topics of interest. Jump on in and enjoy.

Hi Rick, welcome to the site! Sorry for the confusion getting started, once you make a couple more posts and are not "moderated" anymore, then your posts will show up as soon as you make them. As Alvin mentioned, until you make 5 posts, they don't show up until they are reviewed and approved. Are there any specific years of old trucks that interest you? Pickups, bigger trucks, fire engines, or any type in particular?

Hi Everyone,So back in 2015 or so a fellow named Eric Radack, ( I think) posted that he was digging an old early '55 Napco, out of the ground, and he and another fellow or two put together a fabulous pickup, which now sits in my garage. So Thank you Eric and Brian and who ever else brought this big beauty to life again. The pickups name is " Rocky".....Moneypit. Photos will follow eventually, " Rocky" does have some ailments, like the doors, imagine that huh! But I'm certain with the help of you all we'll get him in tip top shape. Oh., was this suppose to be Quick! Woops
