57 Gmc Bus Help

Just got a 57 GMC bus, trying to figure out what model the chassis is, no motor in it, serial number is all I have unless somebody can tell me where to find the VIN

please post a pic of the front hub (center of wheel). By the pic from the back corner, it looks like it may be the 6 bolt stud piloted wheel pattern? Do the covers o the front wheel bearings bolt on?

Welcome to the Bolt!
Interesting bus you have there. Do you know who manufactured the bus body?
Looks like another Chevy bus in the background.
Be sure to check in at the Big Bolt forum on this site. Lots of good info there on the bigger trucks, and that would include busses.

Bus is a model 370, had the 347 pontiac v8 but no motor in it now. 242.5"wb, serial was on a plate above drivers side wall. Made in may of 57. No idea of coach mfg yet.

You can get that Budd bolt pattern(6 on 9) with 22.5 rims when you get ready.

'37 GMC T-18 w/ DD 4-53T, RTO-610, 6231 aux., '95 GMC running gear, full disc brakes, power steering, 22.5 wheels and tires.
'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
