Does anyone know the size of the bolts and thread pitch for the push rod cover on the 1956 task force 235? I need to replace mine and I'm not sure about the bolt measurement. Thank you.

- If you have to stomp on your foot-pedal starter, either you, or your starter, or your engine, has a problem.
- The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" - this is a splash oiler. [chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com]

Thanks. I'll check it. I always get stuck on the thread pitch measurement.

Hot Rod has it 1/4 20 screw or bolt will work. The screw looks better.
