These have been in a box in garage for some time. Came with my 66 K10. My guess is helper spring blocks for some application. Anyone ID these?

Looks like FORD. Should be a Ford Script Oval under the patina. Ford PN's start with "E".

Looked again close. No ford marking, but the part number was closer to ford nomenclature. I will confer with my ford friend amtrak joe.
