Hello I believe you can find the wheel bearings and seals from Jim Carter trucks on the internet check with them also chicagotire for tires for it 750 20 best price around at chicagotire

I think you'll have trouble finding 750x20 traction tires, at least we do here in the US. Steer tires are available. You can find 825x20 traction tires which might suite you fine on the rear.

Coker tires has a good selection.
Universal Vintage Tire is also a great selection.


Pretty much all non-modern pattern 7.50x20s are made by one place in Pennsylvania:

pfaber, Can you please provide the link to 750-20 Traction Tires (Mud/Snow, not steer)? I've searched all three sites you mentioned and can't seem to find them.

Regards your question about 1.5 ton diff. capacity. Most people who install V-8's have no trouble; of course anything can be broken with careless driving, even people who install diesels do not comment on failing diffs.

'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
