Hi Y'all, Offered today are 3/4 ton drums. I've measured them yet have no baseline to determine anything from. I caught a nail slightly on one rear drum that measured 8.119 inches. The fronts worst measurement was 7.043. So these drums and anything else that I have drum brake related ( new pads, brake cylinders) are offered for the shipping cost. Unless you want to pick them up.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

If love to take them all assuming it would work on my 3/4 ton '53! But I don't technically need them and I'm guessing shipping to Nebraska would be a doozy. But great for someone who has to have them.

Hum.. Do you have 8 lug wheels. There your's. I can put them on a crate and have Harbor
Freight deliver them.

Why don't you ask in the correct forum. If there any differences between 52's an 53's brake drums.

Thanks
Julian

How does "have harbor freight deliver them" work?

- I'm more interested in knowing that answer than I am in the brake parts...

But maybe some one else would grab the brake stuff once this "harbor freight delivery" secret is revealed?

Mac, Some Harbor Freight stores will allow you to send items around the Country using their stores and shipping network. Drop it off at a Store near you and whoever is receiving shall go to there store and pick it up.

Now I found myself in Pittsburgh one time trying to ship a transmission home so I could fly home. That fellow said no. So ask

I believe that '52 3/4 tons still had Huck brakes and switched to Bendix in '53. So drums would be different.
