Does anyone know exactly where the decal for the valve cover is to be placed? Were they the same for all the years they made the 261?

I doubt that the locations/appearances were the same from 54-63, and, they may be different for Canadian trucks?

What year 261?
Here is location for USA 1954/55st.

The Factory Assembly Manual might also have illustrations.

- The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" - this is a splash oiler. [chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com]
