‘47 AD 3100 “notched” Cross Sills?

I need clarification on the number of notched cross sills for a 1947 AD 3100. My box had the incorrect cross sills and I suspect even the incorrect box. The under frame gas tank nozzle seems to have been carved out to fit the filler tube. Sooooooo, I want to be sure I have the correct information for my rebuild. Conflicting info has me understanding the half ton had only one notched cross sill for over the gas tank. The long bed option and the bed of the 3/4 ton from 1947 BOTH required TWO notched cross sill? I’ve ordered one notched sill but now question whether or not I may require TWO.
Can anyone help me out on this so I don’t make a stupid error? Don’t want to appear even more silly than I am! ;-)

Per Mar-K's site, there's only one needed. PN 10009

I know we checked a short bed needs one notched sill, but I don't have reliable information for a long bed 3/4 ton. Our site does not indicate a notched cross sill for 47 Chevy long bed. Hopefully someone who has an original 3/4 ton long bed with under bed tank will chime in. I would like to get it right.

I found a photo of a 48 long bed sent to us by a customer. Everything appears original, unrestored. No wood in the bed it shows the tank under the bed with no notched cross sill. Short bed definitely needs one notched cross sill, the second one back from the cab. Hope this helps.

That’s what I found for my application, one notched for short bed. Great news for me, the notched cross sill I purchased will do the deed. Looks like my bed front and first cross member will likely need replacement doe to rust and the patch of the PO. Thanks for your input. Now to get on the phone to order.......
