Hi all,
well, I've about decided to go back with 7.50/17 bias ply tires on my 47 1 ton panel. I have seen some advice here that said go with a 16" tube to prevent tube folding. Is that sound advice or should I go with the 7.00/7.50 - 17"/18" tube?
Thanks in advance,
Les

I recently bought a 7.50 x 17 tube, radial; radial tubes are OK in bias tires. Make sure to use plenty of talcum powder when inserting tube.

Thanks Ed,
I'm curious why you went with radial tube? I want to do this right the first time and be done with it.

From what part of CO do you hail?

Thanks Ed,
That makes sense. specifically which Michelin tire did you get? I haven't ordered anything yet but that might be a good way to go. Did you mount them on the original 3 piece rims?

I'm a Grand Jct transplant in Cheyenne.
