Welcome Im from NJ too and I just joined. I want to get my 63 chevy impala with a 230 running the way it used to. I took that car to Canada a couple of times and loved it. I bought it 20 years ago when in college. I want to put a 292 in it but may end up settling for the 250.

Welcome Regis, to the Stovebolt Page. While the Stovebolt is primarily for trucks there are some similarities in the engines and maybe some other mechanical stuff.
Enjoy your stay here and maybe you'll also include a pickup in your garage!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Welcome to the Bolt! I thought I had the only '63 Impala with a 6 cyl.! Hope you get it running again. I'm sure the guys in the engine forum can help you out.
