1972 c-10 Cheyenne super

It was getting hard for me to drive my 56 pickup so I decided to look for a 67-72 pickup with auto trans. & a/c. I watched the ads for about 6 months& came across this one. It's everything I wanted including long bed so I can haul my mobility scooter to shows & swap meets. i found it on Craigslist in the K.C. area. I have had it about 3 years now. It was bought new in Arkansas. The owner died & his widow left it in the garage for many years. The man I bought it from had it about 10 years but didn't use it for several of those years. It is all original with 38,000 miles. It came with papers that show the mileage is actual. It needed very little work. I serviced and tuned it. Then I sold the 56.
I just love this truck.

Nice truck, George! I bet it runs like a Swiss watch now under your care!

Thanks for sharing. But ... we need more pictures! Interior ... engine ... bed ... get the camera out and get busy!

Great truck George. thumbs_up My 1st Chevy pickup was a 1972 1/2 ton long bed as well. Mine wasn't as fancy and didn't have AC. I just love the two tone color combination and the extra chrome.

Thanks for posting.
