Here are some pics of my '54 3100. I 've only had her for a few months, but have made some major mechanical repairs scince I,ve had her. She's not a bad looking truck, but mechanicly, she was pretty hurtin'. The original 235 rods where about to come out the sides of the block and the bearings in the trans, Saginaw 4 speed, were shot. .

I replaced the engine with a later model 235 and overhauled the trans scince I've had her. She has a 12 bolt rear end, twice pipes with glass packs, and is driven daily. The next thing do is to install a Dual Offy intake and Fenton headers. My wife has nic named her "Toon Town", cause it looks like a truck out of Rodger Rabbit.
