From Rick: I would like to have my truck shown in you gallery. I do not know for sure what to say here, so what follows is a description of our truck. These are some pics of our 1953 GMC pickup. It has a '62 235 truck engine, SM420 trans, and a '63 Impala rear end. It was built from parts of several trucks, and was mostly together when we purchased it. We have done some mechanical updates, paint work, interior work, new king pins, brakes, etc. since we have owned it. We use it regularly and it is used for work and pleasure. The one photo below shows some Grandchildren (young Stovebolters) posing by the truck. |
