From: Paul,

I was browsing your gallery and noticed that you didn't have any '52's represented. Well, I'm here to rectify this. I bought this truck from Daytona Beach Fl. It used to belong to Daytona Beach Budweiser Co.

It was used primarily for advertising. After the company was liquidated I picked it up through the Old Car Trader. The truck is a stock '52, 216 CID, 3100 short bed. It is a driver first and a show truck second. Although I didn't build the truck from the ground up, I enjoy doing all the detail work and keeping it in running condition.

In this picture I am attending a show in Ohio and am holding my daughter. Of course my wife is jealous of the attention that the truck gets. She calls it my "mistress." If old trucks are my only bad habit, I think I'm doing pretty good!

Well, thanks for a great web site, and remember: " Old trucks, Old Friends!"
