From Joe:

This is my 1972 Chevy C-40.

The truck was a welding rig when I found it. It had several rust holes, poor tires, and an ugly steel bed.

I cut off the bed and made a steel framed flat bed with stained treated wood. I stripped the paint off and started the bodywork. The engine, I believe, is a 350 ci and runs strong. The body is finished but it still needs interior work.

I call it my "Little pickup" and use it for hauling project materials. Like all stovebolts, it gets alot of attention.

This site is great! Be Cool.
