Cool Old Truck

     I was going to save this for IRWIPI-3 but since the '38 crowd is severely under represented here it is. 1938 Chevy HC 1/2-ton. Though my wife was used to my various motorcycle restoration projects, the condition of this truck took a lot of explaining. This thing was so worn out that all 4 main leaf springs needed replacement due to the shackle pins wearing half way thru the eyes. Mods include a full oil pressure 235 engine, rubber covered running boards, modern tie rod and drag link ends, and a battery box to protect these thin 12v batteries
