       I just wanted to send some updated pics of the '55 1st series. I recently had some of the bodywork done and had it sprayed flat black. I changed the rims. They are still 8 lug but they're painted red with the 3" white wall. I had new dual exhaust with glasspacks.

       So, li'l by li'l, it's coming together. The page you put up with my trucks, looks great! My wife and I got a kick out of seeing it on there! Thanks!

       Here are my two Chevy trucks. One is a 1953 and the other is a 1955 1st series.

       A few months back, I found the '53 sitting in a field behind the house house of the original owner. So, I bought it for $100. I hope to restore it.

       The '55 I traded a car for it and hope to restore it as well.

       I got alot of work ahead of me but it will all be worth it!
