          Hi. I would like to ask you guys to update the picture of my truck on the "Stovebolt." I'm almost done with her and almost sold her a couple of months ago, but I couldn't bring myself todo it.

          Anyway I truly enjoy the site, you guys have done a great job.

          Hello I really enjoy the site, and have gotten real good advice from the other members.

          I am a State Trooper here in Florida. I always wanted an old Chevy truck and finally was able to find one to restore. According to the title, she is a 1950 1/2-ton. But the previous owner, (I found out the hard way by ordering and receiving the wrong parts), changed the doors which are from a 1951. The engine is a 1955, 235 which I'm currently having rebuilt. Her body, while full of dings, has no major rust except for a little surface rust.

          Since I have been allocated limited funds "by my wife," I plan on driving her in-primer for a few years until I work enough off-duty to do a complete frame-off restoration.

          Once again, I hope to see her at "Stovebolt" and thanks to all for your reply's.
