Hi Guys. Here are some pictures of my 1956 GMC series
100, "The Purple Monster." It has a late model 350 Chevy Engine with a Edelbrock
Cam and 4-Barrel Carb. The transmission is a 350 Automatic hooked into the original
column shifter. Why do I call it "THE PURPLE MONSTER?" Because "she" has an
attitude and those little glass packs make her Growl.
My wife Kelly drives the truck all the time even though it has no power steering or power brakes. I use her all the time for work. (The truck not Kelly.) This past weekend I had her filled with cut up logs from a downed tree.
