From Mario:

This truck belonged to my wife’s Father who passed away a couple of years ago. I was able to track it down and buy it back for us. This picture of the truck is the way I found it.

It’s a 1953 Chevy 3100. It has a 1958 235 inline installed, as the original engine died and her Dad found this one before he died.

This beauty needs a lot of work. I’m about to pull the engine out for a rebuild and I hope to attach a T5 tranny to it while I have it apart. I’m still learning on that one and want to make sure I have everything I need as far as the clutch and driveshaft. Much needs to be done.

Thanks,

Mario Martinez
