Joe Martin's 1959 3/4-Ton Apache Fleetside

      Today, I just brought home the old Chevy I've always wanted! It's a 1959 3/4-ton Apache Fleetside. The original owner lived in Oakland where the truck was built. He had her for 36 years -- until he was 93 years old!

      The second owner enjoyed the truck for a few years before doing a complete rebuild in 2001. But due to recent health issues, he had to sell the truck.

      I am the proud, third owner of this beauty with just over 72,000 original miles! Learning to drive a three-on-the-tree wasn't so tough after all!
