George Lee's 1940 GMC 3/4-Ton "Rusty"

          I just received my 1940 GMC 3/4-ton pickup from Texas.

          My truck was originally used by a Kansas contractor who paved highways for the state. About 20 years ago, it was purchased and garaged in Texas. About two years ago it was moved to a field until I purchased it. We moved it 1800 miles on an open trailer with no misshaps.

          It now resides in Massachusetts with me and will undergo a complete resto in my shop. My wife has nicknamed it "Rusty."

          You have a great site and the forum seems well organized and well supervised.
