     I loved your website, especially the cover story, those are some funny guys.

     Well, here are photos of a truck I recently purchased. It has been the truck I have always wanted since I was a kid. It is a 1947 Chevy 3100 Thriftmaster.
     It was built in February of 1947. It still has the original 216 motor but has a 1955 4speed transmission and rear end. Everything in the cab has been replaced with 'original' (original look-a-like) replacement parts. The only change was the tires and rims! It runs great and is painted viper metallic black.
