From Richard:

I picked up this 1960 (I know it's not a '60 hood) Stepside for $400. When I found it in the paper, I had intended to use it as a ploy to distract a birthday boy while his surprise party was being prepared. But low and behold -- here it is -- my first vehicle!

The engine (305 V6 with four speed stick) still runs like a champ but needs some tuning. The front fenders are both rusted through and the passenger side door speaks for itself. Other than that, the truck is clean. I'm hoping to restore it. With school coming up -- ?? -- we'll see.

Thanks,

Richard Jacquet
