From Bear :

Hi! Here's my 1949, 5-window, 1/2-ton, Custome, Camaro clip, 350/350 combo, 10 bolt rear, on air. Can you dig it ? i knew that you would, Bolters rock!

I live outside a small village called Appledore in the county of Kent, in southern England. Kent is known as the Garden of England as there are many orchards, hop farms, and many fruit farms.

My truck is from California, and was registered on the last day of 1949. It has been in England for around 15 years. I've owned her for six years and haven't changed it since the day I got it.

The truck has GM column tilt, classic instruments gauges, moon banjo steering wheel [ pix ] . The mill is all polished ally, custom aluminum cadillac air filter, finned moon rocker covers, flaming river, lockar. It has all the best of everything. It has won in lots of shows, including a top ten at the British Supernats, and best custom at the biggest one day show in England. But I don't show it anymore. [ Truck bed pix ]

I would so like to see my truck on the Bolters' page. I love your site. Keep up the good work.

All the best,

Barclay
