From Terry :

This is my 1959 Chevrolet Napco pickup. It was restored when I bought it and is in original condition. The truck was used on a farm in Minnesota and was restored by Leroy Darold Eidem, from Glyndon, Minnesota. The only rust was a small area in the bottom of both front fenders and was a very solid original truck.

The truck still has the original running gear and six cylinder engine. It is Mint Green and has 16 inch rims.

This truck is in a book called Chevrolet Pickups by Mike Mueller (on page 78). (We have this listed in the Lots O' Links page under publications/ books ~ Editor)

Here are some views of the truck:

If you want to talk trucks, feel fee to email me.

Thanks,

Terry Gunter

Terry has a stash of old trucks -- a 1955 Chevy 1/2-Ton NAPCO, a 1965 Chevy 4WD / a 1936 Chevy Pickup Truck / a 1957 Chevrolet Napco 4 x 4 / a 1959 Chevrolet Napco. That's quite an expressive fleet of bow ties you've got yourself there. The '36 is a sweet machine. You've lucked out being the latest curator of that little beaut! It truly amazes me what treasures are squirreled away out there. Thanks for sharing. Now for that '65 stump jumper, that has lots of attitude and altitude. ~~ Mike "Burgandybolt" Allen, Stovebolt Welcome (Panel) Wagon
