Mike Gilman's 1948 Chevy COE

             My new project: a '48 Chevy COE. GVW on serial plate is listed at 16,000 pounds. Serial number is RRK 1034. It has air assisted brakes and air-horn.

             Someone has replaced the 216 with a later model 235 and did a butchered job of it. This truck is going to take a lot of work. The floor behind the narrow single seat is rusted through. There's more but this is not the place to go into it. So, here are the pics.
