Shelby Gardner's1949 Chevy 2 3/4-Ton Loadmaster |
Here is my 1949 Chevy Loadmaster. It has been in the family for a while. My
grandmother bought it from a tractor dealer in the '70's and we used it on the
farm for a corn truck for a few years.
Then my grandmother sold it to my grandfather on the other side of my family for a log truck. When my grandfather was moving, I asked him what he would do with it and he said that I could have it. So I brought it back home and put points in it and a fuel pump and water pump. Now it runs good!
My grandfather called it the GREENPEA cause of the shape and color.
