More pictures of my old truck

From Mel :

In October last year, I bought this 1965 Chevy C-10 for $500. I am quite lucky with this purchase because the guy I bought it from had put over $2000 into it.

The suspension and all the bushings underneath are all "new" (purchased in 2004). It's complete with disc brakes in the front but that was as far as he got before parking it and throwing a tarp over it.

My original plan was to put a 350/350 turbo combo in it, but I recently had an opportunity to buy a 454/400.

To make a long story short, I decided to go that route (the 454/400). Now my thoughts are what will I do to the body work on the front clip and bed, and eventually get back to the big block / 400 swap once I sort it all out. That should give me ample time to develop a good plan of attack.

Thanks,

Mel
