F I N I S H E D !!

I finally finished the truck. Here are some pics of it completed. This one on the left is at the truck show In Daytona Beach, Florida at the Daytona Speedway.

This project took me four years of blood, sweat, tears, and $$ to complete.

       What an anniversary present!

Here's a picture of the truck with me and my two kids, a shot of the interior, the engine, and the bed.

From Tim:

OK, where to start? The green truck -- 1953 Chevy 3100 -- my wife got me for our 10-year anniversary! It was actually her father's and had been in his barn for almost 10 years. I have been asking to buy it for 10 years and he finally gave in to my wife.

The red truck she bought for parts. We took it down to the frame, had it powder coated and it now is in my garage, waiting to be put back together.

I just got the front suspension complete, and soon the rearend will be together.

It has been alot of fun and I did not know anything about trucks when we started.

The picture with everyone riding in the back of the red truck was the last ride before we took the trucks apart.

We started this three years ago. It's a slow process but I am hoping to be on the road in the next 6-9 months.

Thanks!
